1.1 Liver

CASE #1:

  FINDINGS:
              T1: Slightly hypointense to isointense
              T2: Slightly hyperintense
post-GADO: on immediate post-GADO scan, the tumor enhances with a uniform capillary blush whereas
the central scar remains of low intensity; on delayed scan, the tumor fades to near isointensity

  DIAGNOSIS:
          9

CASE #2:

  FINDINGS:
T1: Homogenous hypointense round lesion in the right lobe of the liver
T2: Very hyperintense well circumscribed lesion
              post-GADO:
Progressive centripedal enhancement of the lesion at 3 and 10 minutes

  DIAGNOSIS:
          9

CASE #3:

  FINDINGS:
T1: Hypointense lesion in the right lobe of the liver
              T2: Heterogenous hyperintense lesion
              post-GADO:
Ring enhancement

  DIAGNOSIS:
          9

CASE #4:

  FINDINGS:
T1: Hyperintense well circumscribed 11 mm lesion at the junction of segment 5 and 8
              T2: Slightly hyperintense lesion
              post-GADO:
Enhancement hard to appreciate since already hyperintense lesion

  DIAGNOSIS:
          9

CASE #5:

  FINDINGS:
Multiple hyperintense heterogeneous hepatic lesions. There is also a left coraliform calculus, left  hydronephrosis and ascites.

  DIAGNOSIS:
          9

CASE #6:

  FINDINGS:
Sequence in and out of phase shows an important drop of signal in liver, except in the 6th segment. Incidentaly, metastasis in this segment.

  DIAGNOSIS:
          9
