CASE #1:  

  FINDINGS: 
              T1: Hyperintense left adnexial lesion 
              T2: Hyperintense left adnexial lesion
              fat-sat: partially saturated T1 and T2

  CASE #2:  

  FINDINGS: 
              Mostly fatty lesion with hyperintense signal in T1 and T2 weighted sequences. Part of the lesion present a
              hyperintense signal in T2 fat-sat with enhancement post-gadolinium.
