FINDINGS:
On T1 weighted images, note the flattened and fragmented left femoral epiphysis
which appears hypointense.
The femoral neck is enlarged and the cartilage,
slightly hypertrophied.
Subtle superior and lateral subluxation can be
appreciated.
On T2 fat sat images, a moderate effusion is seen. This patient
also had a partial labral disinsertion inferiorly
