FINDINGS:
Well defined soft tissue lesion that involve the vastus lateralis and
shows intermediate signal in T1 and very high signal in T2 weighted
sequences. The lesion is partly intra-muscular and partly extra-muscular and
shows a strong heterogenous enhancement. A small fatty component is seen in the
inferior part of the lesion.
