FINDINGS:
T1: isointense mass that involves the intraocular and intracanalar portions of
the optic nerve. The lesion is hyperintense on T2 and shows homogeneous
enhancement with gadolinium.

FINDINGS:
Hypointense on T1WI, hyperintense on T2WI mass localized in the right frontal
posterior and insular regions with surrounding edema and mass effect on the
sulci and on the right lateral ventricle. Shift of the midline structures to the
left side. Important annular and heterogeneous enhancement of the lesion after
gadolinium injection. Also, note enhancement of the right sylvian meninges.
