  FINDINGS: 
              signal intensity generally approximate CSF on all sequences
              located between the medial temporal lobe near the choroid fissure and the diencephalon
              typical shape and location    

  DIAGNOSIS:

CASE #2:  

  FINDINGS: 
              Congenital cystic CSF collection located between the tectum and tentorial incisura.

  DIAGNOSIS:
          9

CASE #3:  

  FINDINGS: 
              Coronal T2 and T1 weighted MR scans demonstrate classic colloid cyst. The foramen of Monroe location and attachment to the roof of the third ventricle are typical. Slight dilatation of left lateral ventricle.
