CASE #1:

  FINDINGS:
T1: hyperintense lipoma in medullary canal with low spinal cord
T2: small right paramedian L4-L5 disk herniation

  DIAGNOSIS:
          9

CASE #2:

  FINDINGS:
Slightly hyperintense in T1 and T2, ovalar mass found in the intradural extramedullary space at the level of D9 and D10. There is homogeneous enhancement of that lesion with gadolinium. The mass occupies approximately 90 to 95% of the spinal canal and compresses the cord which is displaced to the left side of the canal. The cord measures 4 mm at this level and there is cord edema above and below the site of compression (hyperintense signal on T2).

DIAGNOSIS:
          9

 CASE #3:

  FINDINGS:
Left pedicular infiltration of D5, slightly hypointense on T1WI and hyperintense on T2WI,  which extends to left lamina, transverse process and spinous process. There is an important epidural extension in the spinal canal with spinal corda compression.

DIAGNOSIS:
          9

CASE #4:

  FINDINGS:
T1: hyperintense lipoma in sacral canal
              T2 fat-sat: substraction of lipoma

  DIAGNOSIS:
          9
